Driving safely is on you

The site is a record-keeper and a set of explanations. It does not teach driving on its own and it does not know your state's law. Follow your state's licensing rules and driver manual, practice with a licensed adult as your state requires, and never use a phone or this site while driving.

Your log

A practice log is opened by its private link. Anyone holding the link can see, change and delete the log, so share it only with people you trust. We cannot recover a log whose link is lost, and we cannot tell who holds a link.

Type only what the log needs: first names or nicknames, dates, times, short notes. Do not type full names, addresses, license or permit numbers, or anything sensitive.

Hours and night minutes

Totals are only as good as what is entered. Night minutes are an estimate from sunset and sunrise at your state's capital; your state decides what counts as night. The printable log is not an official form, affidavit or certificate.

The Practice Pass

The Practice Pass costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year (US dollars) and adds the features listed on the pricing page. When payments open, the Pass is paid through PayPal and renews each period until you cancel in PayPal; it then runs to the end of the period already paid. If something goes wrong with a payment, write to WeldonPC through weldonpc.com/contact and we will put it right.

Fair use

Do not try to break or overload the site. We may limit how many logs or drives one connection creates per day.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it running and backed up, but we do not promise it will always be available. Keep your own copy (the printed log or the CSV) of anything you need.

Changes

We may change these terms or the prices; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
